Woodburn Tulip Festival

The girls and mommy spent a morning in April at the Tulip Festival in Woodburn. We got a few pictures, but for the most part they would have rather got dirty, picked flowers they shouldn't and horse around. So it turned into a patience burning outing for mommy.

 Smelling the flowers for Adalynn consisted of squishing her nose, closing her eyes and mouth and then blowing a quick burst of air out her nose.

The girls could have stayed all after noon at the pumps and duck races.

Easter

So I've just spent the morning figuring out that my fancy new camera is a little too fancy. To be able to post vertical photos, I have to make some time consuming adjustments, besides the fact that they are just huge files! But here are the Easter pics a few months late......I'm really starting to despise blogging. 

 

Adalynn was not into having her picture taken. But this was her first real Easter Egg Hunt!

 Saturday night Lauren and mommy planted jelly beans. Boy was Lauren shocked in the morning.

Lollipops grew!!!!

 Lauren all dolled up to go to church with Meema and Papa, while Daddy and Mommy took Adalynn to Urgent Care. Poor pumpkin had a fever that couldn't be controlled. Fortunately it was just a virus but better safe than sorry, and the fever finally lessened that evening and had broke by the following morning.
