Today, mommy, Grandma and Grandpa took Lauren to her first official OSU Beaver Football game. (Daddy has been home, but left this morning for the Point since Uncle Kyle got a 5-point bull elk after their 12 hour trek across the state!) They played PSU at 11:30 a.m. today and yes it rained...but only up until game time! How nice of mother nature!

Here we are on our way to the game. Lauren's pom pom wig had her giggling...especially when mommy wore it! She also like the fact that she had someone in the back seat to entertain her!

We arrived a little early to catch some of the warm up session. Lauren was on people overload!

No she doesn't have an orange jacket, dang it.

Here's a grandparent photo....the best we could get since someone was scoping out her surroundings. So many things to see. Great people watching!

Go Beavs! Ok, maybe she didn't say that, but I'm sure that's what this gesture meant!

Hmm, where are we? And who is that!?

As some of you may remember she was wearing this little jersey for the spring game back in April. It was snug around the belly and still is a tad....but it still fits! The pants fit much better now too. We wore them after the game to stay warm on the way home.

Lauren checking out the game. She'd watch the lights and the scoreboard and the reader board, she was all over the place!

I think this was after one of Jaquizz's touchdowns. We're #1!

During the second quarter, she actually caught a few winks. However the chainsaw really startled her on one of PSU's many 3rd and longs.

After a little shuteye, she was ready for the second half. We made it through a few plays, but I think everyone was getting hungry including Miss Lauren. Grandma let her wear her beads. She thought those were pretty neat.

One of her many "ewwwwwweeeee"s and "awwwwwwwwe"s.

She did excellent! Even though she's teething right now. She cheered a little, clapped a little but never made a fuss. Even at lunch she was a champ....as long as she got a few fries here or there. Mommy was awfully proud of her! And to top it off, the Beavers won 34 to 7. Thanks Beavs for a victory for Lauren's first game!
