Lauren's Birthday

Last Thursday was Lauren's official 3rd birthday. Daddy took the day off, so we just soaked up family time since Daddy had been hunting the week before with Uncle Kyle. Lauren was a little confused the night before when we asked her whose birthday was tomorrow. Next year we will definitely need to celebrate the family birthday closer to the actual day!

Her Dairy Queen ice cream cake. It was really yummy! We are still working on the leftovers. The next day when we got it back out for cake again....Lauren wanted candles on it again because she swore it was still her birthday!

Overall it was a great day. She got to Skype with her cousins and opened presents about 1 an hour in the morning. Can't get much better for a 3 year old!
