Oregon Jamboree

Lauren had a sitter for Friday night, but came up to the Oregon Jamboree on Saturday and Sunday with us. It was really hot! So grandpa brought her a tub with 5 gallons of water for her to cool off. Too many things were happening, so napping didn't occur. By 8 p.m. she was exhausted. Good thing mommy and daddy took seperate cars on Sunday so Miss Lauren could head home!

Lauren in her swimsuit on Saturday. On Sunday, daddy let her go in her birthday suit. Mommy got some super cute pics that will not be posted online! A girl has to be a bit modest!




Cousin Sydney went with Auntie E to meet Leann Rimes backstage thanks to a favor called in by Auntie E's dad. I think Sydney was a bit star struck....but she'll never admit it!


On Sunday, Lauren dressed a little cooler and grandma and grandpa's air conditioner worked, which made it a little more manageable for her. She was all about crawling around and picking flowers or grass and eating it.

Daddy didn't think it was a good idea. Party foul!

Back at it....at least she just doesn't disobey mommy when she's told "no".

Sleeping in the trailer, she was so tired. She napped for about 1.5 hours which is not normal for Lauren. She slept through all the nights, and even slept until 6:15 a.m. Monday morning, which is very unusual. But mommy appreciated it!
